Reynaldo A. Martinez – Top Attorney

Meet Reynaldo A. Martinez (“Rey”), a Litigation Attorney and Shareholder at MSP Recovery Law Firm. Rey is the head of the trial team and has over ten years of experience litigating on behalf of his clients in complex litigation cases, class action lawsuits, and personal injury lawsuits. Since working at MSP Recovery Law firm since 2015, Rey has been an integral part of certifying multiple class actions, where he has been certified as class counsel by the Court. Rey is also the owner of RAM LAW and Title, PLLC which focuses its practice primarily on transactional law, and is a full-service attorney owned title company. When Rey is not working at MSP Recovery Law Firm, he spends his time drafting, editing and negotiating contracts for RAM LAW clients throughout South Florida.

Reynaldo A. Martinez proudly serves as a board member for the non-profit OneFargo, which is a community-based organization working to strengthen the community through equity & inclusion. OneFargo’s focus is on serving and empowering marginalized & underrepresented people. Rey has also served on the executive board of the Dominican American Bar Association.

Rey received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and passed the Florida Bar in 2015.
