Mr. Massey is admitted to the Texas Bar and the United States District Court: Southern District. He regularly represents owners and developers of retail, industrial, and office projects, and his varied client base includes buyers, sellers, owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of improved and unimproved real estate. In addition, Mr. Massey advises tenants and landlords of commercial properties, and represents clients in the formation of business entities.
Mr. Massey was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and subsequently attended Baylor Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, and the Board of Directors, A.D. Players.
