Kenneth Allen Brown is a skilled and accomplished attorney with more than 30 years’ experience handling numerous complex legal matters in both federal and state courts. He has been admitted to the State of New York (Second Judicial Department), since June 1988, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of NY, since June 1990, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of NY, since June 1990. Kenneth concentrates in the areas of commercial, corporate, land use and real estate litigation.
Kenneth possesses significant experience handling all aspects of the litigation process, including extensive settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate experience. He is particularly known for his expertise in real property dispute resolution and litigation, and he has been called on to present professional seminars, primarily through the National Business Institute (NBI) and the Suffolk Academy of Law.

Kenneth earned his J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School in 1987, where he was ranked 4th in his class and received a 3 year full-tuition Academic Merit Scholarship. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.
While attending law school, Kenneth interned with state and federal judges where he received hands on experience in the court system. After graduating from law school, Kenneth began a two-year position as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Potter, Chief Judge of the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
