Edward S. Schwartz has practiced law in Miami, Florida since 1982. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts. His practice focuses on plaintiffs’ personal injury and wrongful death cases, including complex litigation such as medical malpractice and defective product cases, litigation on behalf of crime victims, and appellate cases. Mr. Schwartz is dedicated to seeking justice and is known for providing aggressive and effective legal representation.
Edward S. Schwartz graduated magna cum laude from Williams College and cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Articles and Comments Editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and of its Appellate Practice Section.
Attorney Edward S. Schwartz has also served on the Amicus Committee of the National Crime Victims Bar Association, in which capacity he has prepared and submitted amicus briefs on behalf of that organization.
