Ms. Magallón concentrates her practice in business and commercial law, business organizations, energy, real estate, and international matters, with particular emphasis in representing both domestic and foreign entities and commercial enterprises in multinational transactions, including dealings with Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) and other entities of the Mexican federal government. She also has extensive experience handling international transactions and is frequently consulted in international commercial litigation, arbitration, and probate and trust disputes.
Ms. Magallón’s business, commercial and international practice focuses on organization governance, including partnership and corporate, drafting and construction of contracts, employment and labor issues, licensing, real estate, and business transactions.

Ms. Guillermina Magallón received her J.D. from Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas, 1985, D.F., Licenciado en Derecho from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, México, 1981 and Certificate, French Language and History from Université Paris IV – Sorbonne, 1976.
She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados. Her native language is Spanish, and she is fluent in English and French. Ms. Magallón is a former Adjunct Professor, teaching Mexican Law at the University of Houston Law Center, 1989 and an Adjunct Professor, teaching Civil Law from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, from 1981-1982.
