Robert Kurth has been practicing law for 28 years in the State of Nevada. He practices in the areas of auto accidents, personal injury, criminal family, probate (wills and trusts), immigration, real estate and business law. Attorney Kurth have represented people in the Municipal Court, Justice Court, District Court, Family Court and the Nevada Supreme Court from all different backgrounds, races and ethnicities in the judicial system. Moreover, he is a skilled negotiator and judicial experience and served as an Arbitrator for the Eighth Judicial District Court for approximately 14 years, and have served as an Alternate Child Support Hearing Master, and a Small Claims Court Referee. Mr. Kurth grew up in the Las Vegas valley and was raised in a blue collar family with parents who worked in the construction industry. He attended Brigham Young University in Political Science, 1986, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada in 1989 and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver in 1991. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Family Law Section, Utah State Bar, The National Association of Trial Attorneys and Board member of the Las Vegas Zoological Society. He is also an Adjunct Professor in Legal Studies Program at Northwest Career College. Mr. Kurth is listed as Top 100 Lawyers by MYVEGAS Magazine,2017 and holds the coveted Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, 2019.
Mr. Kurth have have been married to his wife for 31 years. They have four amazing children; three of whom have college degrees and one is getting ready to graduate and attend college. They also have three dogs and a cat. As a family, they are actively involved in our Church. Throughout the years, Mr. Kurth has always had strong community ties and is a social services professional. In addition he has coached youth soccer and football, and have been actively involved in Scouting with the Boy Scouts of America.
