Michael J. Lowenberg has been an attorney since January 1998. He established his firm to offer skilled legal counsel to traffic accident victims across Houston and the surrounding areas in Texas. Mr. Lowenberg is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas, the United States Supreme Court, The United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of Texas. He focuses his practice primarily in personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Prior to starting his own firm, Michael J. Lowenberg worked for well known attorney John O’Quinn and was lead counsel in several mass tort cases at a former firm involving Sulzer Orthopedic Hip Implants, Heparin, Vioxx, and Gadolinium.
Mr. Lowenberg received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1997 and Bachelor of Business Administration in Engineering Route to Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Bar Foundation, the Texas Bar Foundation, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and American Inns of Court (Garland Walker Inn of Court).
Mr. Lowenberg has been selected for inclusion in the Texas Rising Stars list for 2006, 2007, and 2008, a designation only achieved by approximately 2.5% of licensed attorneys. The Rising Stars list is limited to attorneys under the age of 40 who have been in practice for 10 years or less. 
He has also been a guest lecturer at universities on subjects including the practice of law, ethics, and business litigation. He was a Football Letterman (T-Man – Eq. Mgr.) from the University of Texas for the 1991 to 1993 football seasons.
