Lead attorney, David A. Fernandez has been a practicing law since 1992. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. He started his firm Law Office of David A. Fernandez, PC in 1992 that focused on civil law and personal injury. In 2002, David took a four year sabbatical spending time studying and volunteering in Latin and Central America as well as Spain and France. His ideas about how to practice law evolved, and upon his return to Houston, he resumed his practice, which focuses solely on debt settlement/debt collection defense and consumer law and business litigation. Since then Mr. Fernandez has built a solid reputation in the field of litigation.
