He has been recognized by The Texas Lawyer as among the 100 best attorneys in Texas; has served on the speakers’ bureau and disciplinary committees of the Houston Bar Association; is a member of the Houston Bar Association Litigation Section; performs pro bono work through Houston Volunteer Lawyers; and has achieved several verdicts/settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00.
Ward has also served as a member of a bank advisory council; a Houston Chapter of Business Networking International, serving as president and vice-president; Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce (president and vice-president); and the boards of directors for ENSOURCE Corporation and the Robert Cummings Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Ward is married with four children and five grandchildren.
