He has been actively involved in Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach, where he was the past President, in addition to being a past member of the Board of Directors. He was also the past treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of Opportunity, Inc. Mr. Pollingue also taught Advanced Tax for the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, Louisiana for the Accounting Department from January 1986 to May 1986.
