Macarthur Drake, Sr. Attorney has been practicing law since 1976. He has over 40 years of legal and trial experience. He is a Former Judge Pro Tem, former Employment Law Prosecutor, Gary Corporation Counsel, City Attorney & Airport Attorney and Former Standard Oil Engineering Research Assistant and former Democratic Convention Delegate. In all of these positions, Mr. Drake’s platform and goals were to improve public safety, lighting, information and education, airport and transportation, accountability and benefits.

Mr. Drake graduated from Purdue University with a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) and received his J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Valparaiso University Law. He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Alpha Chi Chapter. He is also a member of the National Bar Association, American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association, Kimbrough Bar Association, member of the Gary Frontier’s Club, and Katie Hall Educational Foundation Board. Mr. Drake’s is inducted to the National Bar Association Hall Of Fame, his personal interests include Reading, Basketball, Community Advocacy and more importantly Prayer.
