Ms. Holman’s noteworthy case is Nunez v. Davis, 169 F.3d 1222 (9th Cir. 1999), cert. denied, 528 U.S. 1115, 120 S. Ct. 932, 145 L.Ed.2d 811 (2000).
A native of Seattle, Washington, Ms. Holman is a graduate of Seattle University receiving her Juris Doctor and her Bachelor of Science. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Member, Sections on: Employment; Litigation); State Bar of Nevada (Member, Disciplinary Panel, 1997-2006); National Employment Lawyers Association.
