Josh Fensterstock is an attorney and founder of Fensterstock Law PLLC. Prior to his work in the private sector, Josh served as counsel to the Nassau County (NY) Comptroller. He was also an associate at Long Island and Manhattan firms where he represented purchasers, sellers and lenders at the closings of purchases, sales and refinances of residential and commercial properties. In addition, Josh represented property owners and tenants in the negotiations of commercial leases, as well as entrepreneurs and owners of closely held businesses in the creation, merger and acquisition of companies. His areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Fensterstock received his B.S. from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
