Mr. Dominick J. Garza is an attorney with significant litigation experience, including obtaining favorable verdicts in both plaintiff and defense cases, ranging from personal injury to fraud and contract. With first-chair trial experience in county and district courts, his practice areas include: litigation (general and commercial liability matters), transportation, construction, malpractice, and premises liability. He also engages in estate planning(wills, trust, powers of attorney, etc.) and corporate law (creation of companies contracts for existing businesses and restructuring). Mr. Garza was admitted to practice law in the Federal Southern District of Texas, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He is also a member of the Texas Trucking Association (Emerging Leaders Council and Secretary for its Steering Committee).
Mr. Garza obtained his BA Degree from Baylor University and he received his J.D from South Texas College of Law.
Mr. Garza was honored as the Best Latin-American Businessmen, 2015-2016.
