He was a Gonzaga University School of Law Linden Cup Winner for Best Oral Advocate, won American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Research and Writing, awarded Order of Barristers for Excellence in Courtroom Advocacy, and had the National Moot Court Best Legal Brief in the Nation. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Spokane County Bar Association.
