Tim Medcoff is an AV Rated attorney who defends clients in the areas of product liability, insurance claims, personal injury, labor/employment, and wrongful death litigation. His extensive experience working with national companies in multi-district litigation makes him an asset to any clients, large or small.
Mr. Medcoff has comprehensive trial and litigation experience from investigating claims to defending pharmaceutical and medical device companies and tire, crane and heavy equipment manufacturers in liability and wrongful death matters. He has also represented a broad range of employers in all facets of labor and employment law, including defending employers in discrimination cases, wrongful discharge lawsuits, wage and hour claims, union litigation and enforcement of restrictive coven, and trade secret protections in federal and state courts and agencies. In one particular case, Tim’s efforts led to the Union disclaiming its interest in the bargaining unit.
He grew up in a bi-racial household in Alaska where his pare stressed the importance of education, as he was the first in his family to attend college. Through dedication and hard work, he was able to start and expand his own law firm while simultaneously striking a fine balance between work and family. He believes that his clients deserve to always be represented to the fullest extent of his abilities. Tim received his B.A. cum laude from the University of California and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Tucson Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT), the local Ronald McDonald House, and Parent Aid Child Abuse Prevention, and a Southern Arizona Legal Aid volunteer.
