Mr. Kotik has negotiated personal injury settlements with various insurance companies, worked with doctors, physical therapists, and other medical specialists to determine clients damages, reviewed settlements demand letters to insurance providers, worked with private investigators with respect to interviewing witnesses for civil litigation matters, and defended clients accused of conspiracy, weapon offenses, aggravated assault, sexual assault, burglary, criminal trespass, forgery, and other related crimes. One of his notable cases was getting a clients a reduced violation of probation sentence, reducing it from 364 days to 100 days.
