Trawick received his A.B. from the University of North Carolina and his J.D. from Duke University Law School. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, Craven County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and an organizer, founder, and frequent speaker at the Eastern Bankruptcy Institute.
