John J. Cardile has spent more than thirty years earning the trust of the clients he serves, and that experience shows in every strategy he builds. His journey began at Rutgers University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He continued at Montclair University, completing a Master’s degree in Economics, before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
His early work carried real weight. During law school, John gained hands-on insight at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of California. He then returned to New Jersey and entered private practice in Clifton, later joining the Law Office of Michael J. Mella. In 1997, he opened his own solo practice, and he has proudly served clients independently ever since. That long history is not simply a résumé. It is a promise that your interests and rights will be represented with the depth of someone who has seen it all and still cares deeply about getting it right.

John’s son, AJ Cardile, joined the team as an attorney focused on Personal Injury, Real Estate Law, Probate Law, and Wills and Trusts. A 2016 graduate of New York Law School, AJ built a foundation of practical experience early in his career.
While in school, he worked for Kenneth Vercammen and Associates and served at the New York Law School Tax Planning Clinic, helping clients navigate complex Federal and State tax issues. He also worked in the Criminal Division at the Passaic County Superior Court for The Honorable Marybel Mercado-Ramirez, J.S.C. That blend of academic rigor and courtroom exposure gives AJ a sharp, thoughtful perspective that clients feel the moment they sit down with him.
