Mack Ed Swindle a member at the law firm, is admitted by the Texas State Bar in 1974, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas (1976), Southern District of Texas(1983), the Western District of Texas (1983), the Eastern District of Texas (2007), the United States Supreme Court(1983), the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (1983), Fourth Circuit (1988) and Seventh Circuit (1991). He has over 40 years of experience in representing parties in commercial disputes and in complex litigation and arbitration. He handles intellectual property licensing and disputes including patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement and trade secret cases. He also handles real estate litigation, oil & gas disputes and other commercial cases including  contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and securities litigation.  He is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He graduated from Abilene Christian University with a B. A. in economics in 1971, and received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law (1974), where he was Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review, Baylor Law School Order of Barristers (1973), and Recipient of the Best Speaker Award in the Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas– Intellectual Property Section. Texas Board of Legal Specialization – Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and in the American Board Of Trial Advocates and the Texas Bar Foundation – Fellow.
