Meet Lee M. Sobieski, a seasoned attorney at Berger Berger & Sobieski, has over a decade of experience in Immigration Law and therefore, offers extremely valuable Counsel because of his extensive experience in the field. Graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2010, he is dedicated to handling Family-based and Employment-based visa applications, as well as representing clients in Federal Immigration Court for removal matters. With a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of Immigration Law, Mr. Sobieski is committed to providing top-notch legal services.
Mr. Sobieski helps clients secure H Visas for work and represents them in Immigration Courts in Buffalo and Batavia, New York. His skills in drafting motions, court briefs, and legal research make him a trusted ally for clients facing the challenges of the legal system.
