Richard Harris has been an attorney for forty years and his focus is on mining law. His background includes science and engineering which has been very beneficial to his practice. Richard received his B.S. from the University of Nevada and his J.D. from Stanford University Law School. He is a member of Washoe County and American (Natural Resources Law Section) Bar Associations, State Bar of Nevada, Nevada Mining Association, Geological Society of Nevada, Nevada Landmen’s Association, and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
