His accomplishments aren’t limited to written and advisory work; Mr. Briggs has successfully represented merging parties in litigated merger cases against both the FTC and the DOJ. Additionally, he was entrusted as Special Trial Counsel by the Comptroller of the Currency to defend a bank merger approved by the Comptroller against a challenge by the DOJ.
