Philip J. He is a Life Member of the Judicial Conference of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; a Life Fellow of the American and Michigan State Bar Foundations; Trustee, Executive Committee member and Secretary of the US Supreme Court Historical Society; a Development Board member of the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law in London, England and US Chair and President of the Bingham Centre’s US affiliate, The International Rule of Law Project, Inc. and a board member of the Roth Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism and Racism, part of Tel Aviv University.
Phil is a member of the Bars of Michigan and New York and has been admitted to practice before numerous federal trial and appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
Phil has been recognized repeatedly for trial excellence. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers where he served on its Board of Regents and Executive Committee and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
