Barry E. Borowitz is a founding partner of Borowitz & Clark LLP. He is board certified in Consumer Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification and has been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively for almost 20 years. Mr. Borowitz has successfully represented thousands of individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases helping them overcome their financial hardships. He strives to make the bankruptcy process understandable for his clients by explaining all available options and detailing how the process works. Mr. Borowitz finds that by taking the time to explain the process it helps to reduce the anxiety and fear that most people facing financial hardships are going through.

Mr. Borowitz received his J.D. in 1993 from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA where he graduated magna cum laude and was the Edward D. Di Loreto Scholarship recipient. He is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and is a Charter Member of the Central District of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA) and member of the Law Firm Anti-Racism Alliance. Mr. Borowitz also serves as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School.
