Craig L. Manchik is managing partner and lead trial attorney, he was admitted to practice law in 1994. He founded the Chicago-based law firm in 1997 where he focuses his practice in litigation pertaining to personal injury and wrongful death matters. He handles the full spectrum of litigation matters, with particular emphasis on nursing home injuries, nursing home abuse, and nursing home neglect.

Mr. Manchik is also a certified mediator and participates in the process of alternative dispute resolution. His extensive trial experience in mediation and arbitration involves cases for medical malpractice, nursing home injuries, motor vehicle accidents construction negligence in workplaces and wrongful death matters.

Craig L. Manchik has won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He  recently won a jury verdict of more than $1.1 million on a difficult liability case against an Illinois municipality and its police officers, other jury trial verdicts or notable cases include $3.75 Million dollar settlement, after one week on trial, in medical malpractice case;$2.7 Million dollar verdict in medical malpractice case involving failure to deliver a baby timely; and $1.7 Million dollar settlement in construction negligence case $1.2 Million dollar verdict after five weeks in front of a jury on trial in willful and wanton case versus the Village of Skokie and two of its police officers.

Mr. Manchik received his Juris Doctor cum laude (law degree with high honors) from Michigan State University College of Law, 1994 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas School of Law, 1989.

He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
