Mr. Patrick Metcalf, Managing Attorney, has been practicing law in Illinois since 1992. In 1996, he changed his practice to focus on immigration-related cases. He is admitted to practice law with the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit. Patrick loves practicing immigration law. He focuses on asylum, deportation, citizenship & naturalization, investment visas, family visas and employment visas. He provides personalized dedicated legal service to all his clients. More importantly, Patrick will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to address your legal needs, integrating your values and vision to help you achieve your goals.
Patrick started his legal career as a judicial clerk in Minnesota. He also worked as a contract attorney for the Illinois Appellate Defenders office, appealing cases to the Illinois Court of Appeals. Before focusing on immigration law, Patrick worked as a Senior Tax Analyst for Spiegel and Tax Specialist for KPMG.
Patrick received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. He was a staff editor for William Mitchell Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. Among others, Patrick is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
