Justin Reese, is a partner at The King Firm and is a civil litigation personal injury attorney. He was admitted to the bar in 2011. Justin focuses on personal injury (wrongful death; catastrophic injury); class action, auto accidents, maritime personal injury, mesothelioma, toxic torts, sports law, contract drafting and negotiation. Justin has worked on complex multi-district litigation, most notably Chinese Drywall. Justin is Passionate about Justice in Personal Injury Cases. He accepts cases from all across the United States. Before joining The King Firm, Justin worked in Philadelphia as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sandy L.V. Byrd in the Philadelphia County Criminal Court. Justin also served as an assistant coach for the Quinnipiac University ABA Trial Advocacy Competition, which in 2009 defeated teams from ten other schools to advance to the John Marshall National Criminal Mock Trial Competition.
Justin graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2004, where he majored in psychology and was a member of the Psi Chi National Honor society. In 2008, Justin completed his Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. At Loyola, Justin was a member of the 2007 National Champion Trial Advocacy Team at the ABA John Marshall Criminal Mock Trial Competition. In 2008, his team won the ABA South Central Regional Championship. While at Loyola, Justin worked for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s office, where he tried several felony drug cases. After graduation from Loyola, Justin took his passion for litigation to the Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where he graduated in 2009 with an L.L.M. in trial advocacy.
Justin is a Member of the Louisiana State Bar. Member of the National Bar Association. Member of the Thurgood Marshall Inn of Court. Justin is a Certified Contract Advisor with the National Football League Players Association.
