Carolyn Nugent Gorczynski, founder of the firm has been practicing law for 16 years. She is admitted to the New York Bar, the Western District of New York- Second Circuit of New York. Carolyn represents clients with Schools & Education issues as well as  representing clients with Employment & Labor issues.

Prior to starting her own law firm, Carolyn was a Partner at Colligan Law LLP, Associate Attorney at Watson, Bennett, Colligan & Schechter, LLP, Associate Attorney at Drew, LLP, Carolyn was instrumental in handling and developing an Education Law/Parent Advocacy. She was also a Law Clerk Norton, Radin Researching and writing advisory legal memorandums on various education law issues. The Commissioner of Education on behalf of school districts. Observing and assisting supervising attorneys in administrative hearings, including superintendent hearings and impartial due process hearings.

Carolyn received her J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School – SUNY and graduated in 2005 and her B.A. in Political Science; History from Canisius College, 2002. She is a member of the New York Bar Association.
