Robert F. Milman  has been representing private sector employers and
management in
 a wide range of labor and employment law matters  for more than 30 years. Mr. Milman counsels’ employers with respect to a wide range of employment issues, including discharge, discipline and other personnel problems; sexual harassment investigations; family and medical leave issues; employment agreements; separation agreements; reductions-in-force; contact administration; independent contractor status; drug-testing; alternative dispute resolution programs; and Covid related issues. Included in his counseling, Mr. Milman drafts, reviews and revises Company handbooks, leave policies, harassment policies, employment applications and other personnel materials. Mr. Milman current traditional labor law practice focuses on negotiating collective bargaining agreements, labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, with a background in defending employers in lawsuits concerning unlawful picketing and breach of bargaining agreements. In addition to handling traditional labor and employment law issues, Mr. Milman represents employers in litigation.
