A life-long resident of Middletown, New Jersey, Lynn graduated from Berry College magna cum laude and Temple University School of Law cum laude. Lynn has been practicing law for almost thirty (30) years.
She is a member of the Monmouth County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Lynn served as the President of the Monmouth Bar Association for 2021-2022. Prior to that, she had been on the Board of Trustees for over twenty (20) years.
Lynn E. Staufenberg previously served as Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee and Chair of the Elder Law Committee. Lynn was the President of the Legal Aid Society from 2014-2016. Prior to that, she was a Trustee for many years and is currently a lifetime Trustee. She is a qualified Family Law Mediator and serves as an Early Settlement panelist in Monmouth County. In 2020, Lynn won the Bernard H. Hoffman Award for family law attorneys.
Ms. Staufenberg is a frequent lecturer at assisted living facilities and nursing homes, as well as the Monmouth Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a Certified Guardian. Lynn has devoted her practice to family law and elder law issues, including divorce, child support, domestic violence, guardianships, estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation and special needs trusts. Lynn truly enjoys assisting her clients as they make important decisions for their lives. Lynn is dedicated to providing quality and professional legal care to her clients.
When she is not working, Lynn enjoys spending time with her three (3) children. She also likes traveling, reading and shopping.
