James M. Kosareff is an attorney and leader in the trust administration and probate department at Copenbarger & Copenbarger law offices in Santa Ana. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994, and admitted to argue before the Ninth Circuit Federal Courts Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California.
He currently handles the vast majority of probate and trust administration matters, routinely advising clients and making court appearances on their behalf. He is also heavily involved in the tax and general estate planning areas.
Mr. Kosareff received his J.D., Western State University, his B.S., California State Polytechnic University and LL.M, Tax, Chapman University. He is a member of the California Bar Association, State Bar of California Trust, Probate, and Estate Planning Section and Tax Law Section, member of the Kiwanis Club of Huntington Beach since 1995, Red Bluff, Woodland and Huntington Beach Chapters and Dunlap Fellowship.
