Mr. Bennett graduated from Texas tech school of law at age 36. He opened his own office and started taking criminal appointments to make money. “I started liking this. I took an appointment for a man accosted of killing 5 people in Kilgore Texas at the Kentucky fried chicken restaurant. Six months later I got them dismissed.” His career took of from there specializing in the field of Criminal Law, Criminal Defense, and Appeals. He has tried many profile cases and have had at least two put on the discovery channel.

Roscoe Daryll Bennett has been married to his wife , Gayle for 51 years. They had three children but lost josh when he was 11. They then went to Russia in 1996 and adopted 3 siblings from an orphanage. Great kids. All college grads and married with children. Proud of all my children. Kay and Nick are now lawyers and doing well.
