Victoria E. Horvatich is an attorney with Copenbarger & Copenbarger, LLP. She is the newest attorney at the firm and has been practicing law since 2018. Victoria heads the firm’s estate planning and administration departments. She is responsible for meeting with clients to educate them and begin their estate plan, to review current estate plans for clients to see if updates are needed, and to guide and serve those who have lost someone during a Trust Administration.

Victoria provides high quality service and plans that are affordable for everyone. Her goal is to educate and serve anyone who she comes in contact with, whether co-workers, clients, friends, family or strangers. Victoria will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to address your legal needs, integrating your values and vision to help you achieve your goals.

Prior to joining Copenbarger & Copenbarger in 2019. She began her career litigating against PG&E in the Camp Fire case.

Victoria E. Horvatich received her Bachelor of Arts from University of the Pacific. She received her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and passed the California Bar Exam. She is a member of the State Bar of California, a Certified Mediator for Santa Clara County and is working towards becoming a notary.

Victoria serves in her community by volunteering with the youth group at her church. She is also the President of The Business Networking International, Santa Ana Row Chapter. Victoria recently married her partner, Zachary.
