Michael S. Pascazi is the Managing Member, Attorney and Counselor-at-Law of Pascazi Law Offices PLLC. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and admitted to practice before the  U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern & Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In addition to trial court work, Attorney Pascazi has argued appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division. Attorney Pascazi further interned for a County Court [Felonies] and Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice.
