He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern & Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
In addition to trial court work, Attorney Pascazi has argued appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division. Attorney Pascazi further interned for a County Court [Felonies] and Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice.

For approximately 20 years prior to commencing his law practice Attorney Pascazi was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of a Telecommunications Contracting Company (Fiber Optek) headquartered in the New York City metropolitan area and the President and Board Member of a Community Based Not-for-Profit Organization (Mid-Hudson Civic Center). He is an Electrical Engineer, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Entrepreneur.
Michael S. Pascazi is also and inventor. He has three inventions assigned to IBM Corp, in the field of Telecommunications, and has two Patents Issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office entitled: “System and Apparatus for the Transmission of Cell to Cell Communications Utilizing the Internet.”
Attorney Michael S. Pascazi holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering, from Manhattan College, with course work towards minors in Physics and Theology; has completed varied course work towards a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering at Syracuse University, and holds a Juris Doctor Cum Laude Degree from Albany Law School. Attorney Pascazi is fluent in English and conversant in French and Italian.
