He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio and all Courts and Agencies of the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States District of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

William E. Huber is a life long resident of St. Marys, Ohio. He is a 1961 graduate of Memorial High School, St Marys, Ohio and a 1965 graduate of Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, with a bachelors in Science and Education and a Juris Doctor in 1968. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

He is also a member and past president of the Auglaize County Bar Association. In the past he has served as the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of Auglaize County, Ohio and the Assistant Law Director for the Director for the City of St. Marys, Ohio. He has been active in his community serving as member and past president, past state director of the St. Marys Jaycees.

William E. Huber is an accomplished and highly involved community leader. He has held various prominent positions, including state vice-president of the Ohio Jaycees and member of the Junior Chamber International Senate. Within the St. Mary’s community, he has served as a trustee and past president of the Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the City Recreational Advisory Board, and president of the National Little League.

Mr. Huber has also been actively involved in various civic organizations, such as the United Way, the Community Improvement Corporation, and the Mayor’s Downtown Revitalization Committee. Additionally, he has contributed to the city’s electoral process as a member of the Auglaize County Board of Elections. Currently, Mr. Huber serves on the City of St. Marys, Ohio 2023 Bicentennial Commission and has been a member of the 1973 Sesquicentennial committee for the city. His extensive experience and dedication are a testament to his commitment to the community.

Mr. Huber has received recognition as the St. Marys Outstanding Jaycee, the Ohio Jaycee Presidential Award of Honor, has been selected for inclusion in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in American Law. Mr. Huber was the first recipient of the Ohio Northern University College of Law, public Interest and Pro Bono Services Award and the Ohio State Bar Association 50 year service award (2018).

Mr. Huber is married to Linda Sue Nosek Huber.
