Jack helped establish a high school football program for Magoffin County High School and was also a driving force behind the local option election that approved the sale of alcohol in Magoffin County, Kentucky.
His honors include: Founding Father Magoffin County Football; and being elected Magoffin County Attorney 1990.
Mr. Collins daughter Kellie Collins, is a partner in Golden Law Office in Lexington, KY, and Son Alex Collins is a Quality Control Senior Manager for Novartis Gene Therapies.
