Jeffrey S. Parker, Attorney at Law, is located in Waycross, GA. The firm represents clients in legal matters in family law, probate and real estate. Attorney Jeffrey S. Parker has been practicing law since 1982. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia, 1982 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, 1992. His primary focus is in real estate and estates law. Mr. Parker also serves as one of three Judges in the Juvenile Courts for the Waycross Judicial Circuit; having served in such capacity since 2008. As Judge, he presides over dependency and delinquency cases for children and families in need, assisting the safety of the community and the preservation of the family unit.
Mr. Parker received his J.D. from Mercer University-Walter F. George School of Law, 1982 his B.S. from Georgia Southern College, 1978 and Associate from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, 1976. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
Throughout his life, Mr. Parker has been active in his schools, community and church having served as State President of the Georgia FFA in 1973-74, Chief Justice of the Student Judiciary while attending ABAC in 1975-76, various leadership positions in the Waycross Jaycees, Waycross Exchange Club, Waycross Bar Association, Chairman of Deacons at Central Baptist Church, and being recognized by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Parker and his wife, Karla, have three adult children.
