Mr. Bhanu B. Ilindra is the founder of BBI Law Group, P.C. He has more than 15 years of experience in various aspects of immigration law especially in business (employment based) immigration law. Mr. Ilindra is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. His experience includes working as a corporate counsel having a hands on approach in every step of the process of business immigration matters with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Dept. of Labor, State Work Agencies, and various U.S consulates across the world. In addition, as an associate, he was involved in various types of cases involving business immigration, family immigration and immigration litigation such as Asylum, CAT, Removal Proceedings, and BIA etc.
