Richard Burke is managing attorney at Burke & Burke Esq’s, P.C. He has thirty-eight years practicing law in the area of real estate. He is admitted to the New York Bar since 1982. Mr. Burke provides personalized legal counsel for his clients and protect their rights in and out of court. He is sensitive to his clients needs and always returns their calls.

Mr. Burke received his J.D. – Juris Doctor, 1982 from Hofstra University School of Law  and B.A.-Bachelor of Arts, 1973 from the same university. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, New York state Bar Association and past President and member of the Lindenhurst Board of Education, Mr. Burke has experience in administering contracts and budgets that affect thousands of people and involve tens of millions of dollars. As a past member of the Planning Board of the Village of Lindenhurst, Mr. Burke has developed an understanding of municipal law and regulations. Richard uses his experience to his clients’ best advantage.
