Serpico, Serpico & Siddiqui, P.C. is located in Brooklyn, New York. The firm represents clients throughout New York (all 5 boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, Columbia, Sullivan and Orange counties), and New Jersey, in legal matters including real estate, estate planning and business needs of our individual clients as well as the needs of corporate clients and developers.

John G. Serpico joined his father, John R. Serpico at the firm in 1993 and then established his own firm in 1994, along with attorney Rashidah S. Siddiqui who became partner in 2005. Since the formation of of Serpico, Serpico & Siddiqui, P.C. the firm, it has grown in size, areas of practice and quality of services.
John’s practices in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial. He also provides notary services. He is admitted to the New York Bar (1990), New Jersey Bar (1987) and California Bar (2017) the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, the District Court of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court.
John G. Serpico was born and bred in Brooklyn, New York, first in Crown Heights and then in Bay Ridge. John is a product of the NYC public school system (Fort Hamilton H.S. – Go Tigers!), and went to Pennsylvania for his higher education (attending the University of Pennsylvania for his BA degree which he received in 1982 and Villanova University School of Law for his law degree in 1986). He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
John began his law career in Pennsylvania working for 6 years as a pension investigator for the US Department of Labor and as a tax and pension attorney for Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company. John lost his Brooklyn accent while in Pennsylvania but not his love for New York. He returned to New York in 1993 and has been practicing law in Brooklyn ever since that time. John lives in both New York City and Amagansett, NY where he also practices and develops real estate.
