Gary E. Burke is the co-partner at Burke & Burke, Esq. PC. He has over thirty years of legal experience. He was admitted to the New State Bar in 1989. Mr. Burke concentrates his practice to the 4 fields of law: Real Estate (representing buyers, sellers, commercial and private lenders, builders and flippers, and landlords), Estate Planning   and probate (creating either Wills or Trusts, and even family LLC’s to effectively create wealth preservation and asset disposition), Business Law (helping  client create corporations or LLC’s, draft all the necessary documents to operate and provide legal guidance to comply with laws and administrative regulations. and individual tax issues and Personal Injury (representing individuals who have been hurt in accidents or have suffered injury through Medical malpractice). Gary’s personal approach with his clients has earned him their loyalty and respect.

Gary received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science and History from LIU University. He is a member of the New York Bar Association and Suffolk Bar Association. Gary sits on the Board of Directors of Kids Helping Kids, a §503(c) charity, where he coordinates fund raising events and activities to benefit children’s health organizations.

Along with his brother and partner at the firm Richard Burke, Gary have done extensive public speaking over the years and have been featured speakers on the Long Island Cablevision television program “Dollars and Sense” in the areas of estate planning, business planning, and asset protection. They also have served as legal counsel to The Wealth Preservation Institute, a Long Island organization dedicated to educating the general public and professional advisors about the issues of estate and financial planning. Gary holds the coveted “Distinguished” rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
