Thomas L. Herkenham has been practicing law for 22 years. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. Attorney Herkenham specializes in real estate transactions, investment properties and real estate law.

Mr. Herkenham spent several years working in mortgage banking and finance prior to practicing law. This gives Mr. Herekenham a unique perspective and deep understanding of the law, particularly as it relates to banking, real-estate and a host of other relevant legal matters. Thomas L. Herkenham received his J.D. cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University, 1998 and B.S. from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, 1988. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and former Board Member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Northeastern New York, 2008-2015. In addition, Mr. Herkenham has been a featured speaker several times on the subject of Real Estate Law.
