Paul S. Koczkur is a Senior partner at Lupo & Koczkur, P.C. He specializes in defense litigation. Mr. Koczkur’s practice is concentrated in complex, high exposure cases involving products liability, fire & property damage, premises liability, insurance issues, employment law, sports & equine law and financial/transactional/mortgage related issues. Mr. Koczkur is licensed in both Michigan and Ohio and has also been lead counsel in litigation cases in California, Indiana and in West Virginia.

Mr. Koczkur has tried to a conclusion and won brain damage, quadriplegia and death cases in Wayne County Circuit Court and amputation cases in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, among many other successful trials. Mr. Koczkur received his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the Detroit College of Law, participated in the Detroit College of Law Moot Court – top ten oralist Graduated in top quartile of class 1979, B.A. in English/Communications Summa Cum Laude from the Detroit Institute of Technology, 1976 and obtained a Business Administration degree from St. Clair College, Windsor, Ontario, Canada, 1973.
