Gina M. Zippilli is a shareholder in Capehart’s Litigation Group. In addition to being the firm’s PIP expert, Ms. Zippilli focuses her practice in civil litigation matters involving insurance and tort defense. Her client base is mainly devoted to national corporations as well as liability and property insurance carriers. She has extensive experience in the area of legal malpractice having specialized in that field for several years as well as complex commercial litigation. For her business clients, Ms. Zippilli prepares corporate and transactional documents and assists those clients in creating and obtaining trademarks.

She is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.

Ms. Zippilli received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ and Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. She is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA), National Association of Professional Women, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association, Certified Chaplain (Disaster Relief Counselor) certified through Billy Graham Ministries and Behavior Counselor for Children with Autism.

When asked about her achievements at such a young age, Ms. Zippilli responds “My faith in Jesus Christ has led me to where I am today and He is the only reason for all I have. My mother has served as a strong support system along the way.”
