Thomas Carlton, partner at Morrison, Webster & Carlton was admitted to practice law since 2000. He practices primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation law. Mr. Carlton dedicates his career to providing legal services for injured workers and people hurt in truck and automobile accidents.
Carlton was born in Carthage, MO where much of his family still lives, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Southwest Missouri State University in December, 1996. He attained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas, School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, and the Jasper County Bar.
Mr. Carlton has four children: Meaghan, Patrick, Brady, and Carrigan. In addition to his legal work, he’s an active member of the community, serving on the Board of Directors at the Fair Acres Family YMCA and the Carthage Youth Football board. In his spare time, Tom enjoys exercising, reading, and acting as a volunteer coach for youth football and baseball.
