Partner, Patrick L. Edgerton, is a highly skilled attorney admitted to the Illinois Bar and U.S. District Court in 1996. His areas of expertise include Commercial Litigation, Collections, Mechanics Liens, Forcible Entry and Detainer, Construction Law, Contracts, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate, and Family Law.
In addition to his extensive trial experience, Mr. Edgerton serves as an Arbitrator for DuPage, Kane, and McHenry Counties. He has also been a sought-after lecturer in commercial collections and commercial litigation, sharing his knowledge on various legal topics. Mr. Edgerton is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, and DuPage County Bar Association.
As a distinguished member of the legal community, Mr. Edgerton has served on the Board of Directors for the DCBA and played an active role in various committees. Mr. Edgerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, cum laude, from Northern Illinois University.
