Mr. Wiley has successfully handled a a multi- million dollar commercial development that will transform 100 acres located in the city limits of the City of Dallas at the conjunction of the DART blue line extension to the University of North Texas at Dallas into a mixed-use development. The firm also helped in the reorganization of a major company (L.P.I.) in 2017, it was a 2 Billion dollar case.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Wiley was Co-Principal at Southwest Management, Director, Global Business Development for Johnson Products Company, Inc. Vice-President, Corporate Development for Pro-Line International, Shareholder with Chapman, Reese & Wiley, Associate with Matthews, Nowlin, Macfarlane and Barrett.
Mr. Wiley also has over 25 years of teaching experience at EL CENTRO COLLEGE teaching paralegals real property and contracts. His inspiration came from being a paralegal while attending college. He attributes his success to his education at St. Mary’s where he received his BA in Political Science and History and JD Law from Harvard Law School.
