William O. Fowlkes founder of the firm, has been practicing law since the year 2000. He is admitted in the New York State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of the New York State Federal Bar. Mr. Fowlkes areas of concentration are criminal defense, civil rights and civil litigation. He strives to resolve problems and proclaim justice. He educate his clients’ on the law, address their legal concerns, and promote their best interests, needs, and desires. More importantly, Mr. Fowlkes fights for the rights of all people.
Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Fowlkes’ first career was as a Financial Planning Associate with Secure Financial Management in Columbia, Maryland. Continuing in that career, Mr. Fowlkes became a Budget Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington D.C., eventually rising to the rank of Senior Budget Analyst. From these positions, Mr. Fowlkes acquired experience in financial and business matters as well as certain federal processes.
Mr. Fowlkes received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, for his undergraduate and graduate studies, he went to Florida A&M University (FAMU), School of Business and Industry (SBI) where he received both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the New York Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
One of the highlight of Mr. Fowlkes legal career is being sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court.
