Richard Visotcky Owner and attorney-at-law, have been practicing law in the Ocean County and throughout the Long Beach Island area for over 38 years. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, 1982 and U.S. Supreme Court, 1986 and U.S. District Court District of new Jersey, 1982. Mr. Visotcky focuses in the areas of real estate, personal injury, workers’ compensation, contract law, land use and disorderly person offenses.

Mr. Visotcky received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey, 1981 and B.A. in Political Science, (Honors: Inducted into Mountain-Highest ranking Honorary) from West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, 1975. He is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association – previously served on the Board of Trustees. Served on various committees and is current chairman of the Municipal Court Committee., Supreme Court Ethics Committee-Served a four-year term on the Ocean County District of the Ethics Committee. Served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman during my term on the Ethics Committee, member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Southern Ocean Rotary Club – Past President, Vice-President and Secretary. Recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award and Stafford Township – Served as a member of the Stafford Township Business Park Commission. Former Chairman of the Stafford Township Planning Board. Mr. Visotcky was honored with the Paul Harris Fellowship Merit Award, Southern Ocean Rotary Club.
